Zucchini Fries
In my opinion, this is the best way to eat zucchini. Not the healthiest, but the best. What food doesn’t taste better fried, right? This is breaded, crispy goodness. Dip it in some marinara, even better! When I made these a few weeks ago, Luke made his own pretty impressive creation. I think he’s got talent.
An essential kitchen tool for me is a FryDaddy. It is not a gadget you use everyday but when you need it, it makes frying so much easier. The thing I like the most about the FryDaddy is that it controls the temperature, which is harder to do on the stove. Plus, you can’t beat the price. There are fancier and pricier fryers out there but this one does the trick for me.
