
Juiciest Turkey Brine Ever
There are so many different ways to cook a turkey. We all search for the juiciest, tastiest recipe out there. If a juicy turkey is what you are after, look to further. I have cooked turkey with this recipe a few times now and it is amazing. You all know that meat is not my strong game, so I always search for the best recipes that will help me improve my skills. Last year, I teamed up with Kikkoman to try new recipes for Thanksgiving. I am so glad I did because it has made all the difference in my Thanksgiving turkey.
This recipe comes to you from the Kikkoman company. I never realized how versatile soy sauce can be until I tried it. I guarantee, you will be pleased with the results, if juicy turkey is what you seek. Also, it is so easy!

Juiciest Turkey Brine Ever
This turkey brine will produce the most juicy turkey you have ever made.
Ingredients
- 16-24 lb turkey
- 2 gallons cold water
- 10 ounces Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp dried sage
- 2 Tbsp dried celery seed
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
Instructions

Remove giblets and turkey neck. Rinse the turkey inside and out.

In a large stock pot or clean 5 gallon bucket, mix water with remaining ingredients. Stir well until all salt dissolves.

Place the turkey in the pot and cover with a lid. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Remove the turkey from the brine and rinse well. Follow your regular cooking instructions. ( I always rub with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper then cook in a Reynolds turkey bag.)
