Fried Apples
I am always looking for a way to add fruit to waffles, pancakes, and french toast. Fried apples are a family favorite. I recommend cutting the apples with an apple peeler, corer, slicer. It is by far the fastest way to cut and peel apples.
Fried Apples
Ingredients
- 5 apples peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbls butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup apple juice
Instructions

In an 12 inch frying pan on medium heat, melt butter.

Add apples and stir occasionally for 2 minutes

Add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Stir until combined.

Add apple juice and stir. Let simmer for 8 minutes, until apples are tender and juice has thickened.
