Corn Fritters
You know a restaurant is good when you want to recreate the meal at home. That is what Jesse’s BBQ in Souderton, PA has done with their corn fritters and my taste buds. Also their loaded fries – I have already recreated them which you can find here. I can’t say I have it exactly like their’s but it is pretty darn close.
If you’ve made my loaded fries then you might just want to try these because they are %100. They go perfect with the fries and also, they are fried. Can you consume two fried foods in one meal? Yes, yes you can. Will it be delicious? Yes it will be.
At Jesse’s, these corn fritters are served with syrup – I know it sounds kinda weird but trust me when I tell you this is the perfect dip for these fritters.
They come together so quickly and only take about 2 minutes to cook. You’ll drop them in the oil by spoonfuls and let them fry for about 30 seconds to one minute.
Once you flip them over you’ll fry for another 30 seconds – one minute and done! Place them on a paper towel and let cool for a minute or two and then enjoy.
If I haven’t convinced you to make them yet, I don’t know what else to say.
