Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
I know you have heard me sing praises about the air fryer (click to see the one I own) so I won’t go on and on here, but really, you should be cooking your meat in the air fryer! It is so easy and fast and best of all – the meat comes out tender and juicy. Don’t worry, it won’t be some weird mushy texture – just all around good meat.
This recipe is for chicken thighs. The cook time is less because chicken thighs are on the smaller side. 10 minutes on one side and 5 on the other. 15 minutes total and you are done. This recipe includes a simple marinade – oil, salt and pepper. You can jazz that up with some lemon, soy sauce, hot sauce – whatever you like. So many possibilities. I am a little old school and love to serve meat with potatoes. I have a great scalloped potato recipe, twice baked potatoes, or good old mashed potatoes. Give it a try!
