Chicken thighs cooked in the air fryer produces tender and juicy meat.
Trim fat off the chicken thighs. Place in a bowl. Pour a splash of your choice of oil, enough to coat all of the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to coat. Cover and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
Set your air fryer temperature to 400°F. Set the time to 10 minutes. Place the chicken in the basket, close, and press start.
Turn chicken over and set for 5 more minutes. When done, check temperature - make sure it has reached 165°F. Enjoy!
