This simple recipe is full of flavor with creamy Parmesan, ground turkey and wilted cabbage.
In a large frying pan, brown the turkey with the onions and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
While the turkey is browning, chop the cabbage by cutting in slices about 1/4 inch thick and then cut those in half. When the turkey is done, add the cabbage and stir, cooking until the cabbage is wilted.
Add the cream and stir until the cream is heated through and begins to bubble around the edges. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
