Easy, delicious grilled salmon with a sweet and spicy mango salsa.
Preheat Grill to 500°F. Rinse and dry the salmon fillets. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill on each side for 4 minutes. Check by cutting your thickest fillet in half. You want in to be tender and juicy but not raw.
Mix all ingredients and serve over the salmon.
