Spray the pot with non-stick cooking spray. Add the chicken broth and then the cream. Do not stir.
Add the pasta and spread out so it is even in the liquid. Do not stir. Pour the spaghetti sauce on top of that. Do not stir.
Set the instant pot to sealing and then push the pressure cook button. Set the cook time. You will take the package cook time and cut it in half and then subtract two. If your cook time is 10 minutes, cut in half to get five minutes, then subtract two to get three minutes. Set the cook time to three minutes.
It will take about 8-10 minutes for the pot to build up pressure then it will cook for three minutes. When it beeps, let it self release for 10 minutes (I set a timer on my phone or Alexa), then quick release it. When it is done (the silver button will go down), open the lid and add the cheeses. Stir and serve. Enjoy!
