Kielbasa Bites
The Superbowl is just around the corner and if you are a football fan you might be planning your menu already. I will tell you right up front that I am not a sports fan. Andy, however, is but he is not fanatical. He’ll turn on a game on Sundays or Monday night and watch but the world doesn’t have to stop if a game is on. So for me, the best thing about the Superbowl is the food. And of course the halftime show and commercials.
One of my favorite quotes about party food comes from Curious George. I’m not sure if Bill or the Man with the Yellow Hat said it but here it is, “It’s not a party unless you eat small food on toothpicks.” I feel like it is something Bill would say. He’s right! All parties should have food on toothpicks and these kielbasa bites fit the bill. They are easy to make and so tasty. They won’t last long!
