Guacamole

Guacamole

Avocados are hands down one of my favorite fruits. They are so versatile and have such a mild flavor that you can eat them with so many things. Of course one of my favorite ways to eat them is to make guacamole.

I will be honest, I don’t usually measure any of the ingredients I put in guacamole. That is what is so great about it, you can put in how much of anything that you want. The main ingredients stay the same but you can change the amount according to your families or friends preferences. Say you don’t like cilantro – leave it out. Don’t like onions – leave them out! Want some more spice – add more jalapeno or some red cayenne! Customize it to your tastes.

No matter how I make it, it seems to be gone it about two seconds at our house. Make it for your next party or just on nacho night!
