These cookies are the ultimate oatmeal raisin cookie. They are soft and chewy, full of raisins.
Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda and powder, and cinnamon.
In a mixer, cream butter, shortening, and sugar.
Add honey, eggs, and vanilla.
Add the flour mixture until all combined.
Add oats and raisins until incorporated.
Use a medium ice cream scoop to place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 11 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet before placing on a cooling rack.
