Mint Dipped Oreos

Oreos covered in mint candy make a delicious simple treat.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Guittard green mint baking chips
  • 16 regular Oreos

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour half of the chips into a microwave save bowl and melt for one minute.  Stir.  Melt in 30 second intervals until all the chips are melted and smooth.  

  2. Dip Oreos in one at a time covering completely. Place on the cookie sheet to harden.  Repeat with the rest of the chips and Oreos until all the candy is used up.  You may use more than 16 cookies.    Enjoy!
