Texas Toast soaked in vanilla, eggs, and cinnamon milk mixture cooked until golden.
Preheat griddle to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix ingredients except toast in a shallow bowl.
Spread butter on the griddle.
Dip slices of bread in mixture and flip over to completely cover the bread with mixture. Place on griddle. Cook on each side until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup, and whip cream.
