Aioli and More

These garlic aioli, chive and onion, lemon dill, and fry sauce recipes will jazz up your fries, chicken, or burgers.

Ingredients

Garlic Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Chive & Onion

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry chives

Lemon Dill

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dry dill weed

Fry Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. For each sauce/dip, mix ingredients in a small bowl.  Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.  I recommend letting them chill for 2-4 hours.  The longer you give them chill, the better they taste.
