This flavorful chicken gets loads of flavor from a marinade packed with spices for a delicious side.
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until combined.
Slice chicken into 1/4 inch pieces. Place on skewers. Place in a gallon size zip-lock bag. Pour in the marinade and tip from side to side allowing all the chicken to get coated with the marinade. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour. The longer the better.
Preheat the grill to 400°F. Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. It really doesn't take that long. Check with a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is 165°F. Remove from the grill and enjoy with peanut sauce.
